To cancel, write to hello@pragalbharetreatco.in with your name and payment ID. The refund depends on how far ahead of the retreat start date we receive your cancellation:

| 30 days or more before the start date | Full refund, less payment gateway charges |
| 15 to 29 days before the start date | 50% refund |
| Less than 15 days before the start date, or no-show | No refund — you may transfer to another published date once, subject to availability |
If we have to cancel or move a retreat for any reason, you can choose a full refund of the amount paid or a transfer to another published date.
Instead of cancelling, you may ask to transfer your booking to another published date. Transfers are subject to availability, and any difference in price is payable or refunded.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few further days to show the credit.
No refund is given for sessions, meals or nights not used if you leave the retreat early.
