Practice as the spine of the day

Yoga works best on retreat when it becomes a daily rhythm rather than a class squeezed between tourist plans. Morning practice wakes the body gently; evening restorative work helps the system downshift before dinner and sleep.

Style and level

The core language is Hatha, mindful and Vinyasa movement, restorative yoga, pranayama and meditation, with sunrise or outdoor practice where the weather allows. You do not need advanced shapes, and you do not need to be flexible. The focus is breath, attention and repetition.

Beyond asana

Across the retreat the practice widens: yoga philosophy, self-inquiry, guided reflection and journaling, a Shatkarma (yogic cleansing) experience, an accessible Aerial Yoga session, sound meditation and deep relaxation.

Who it is for

Beginners and regular practitioners. Solo participants are welcome. It is not a teacher training, not a certification, and not an advanced asana intensive.
