When you enquire or book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, your chosen dates, room and number of guests, and anything you choose to tell us (for example dietary needs or health information relevant to your participation).
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.
To respond to your enquiry, confirm and manage your booking, prepare for your stay, send you practical information about the retreat, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information, and we only share it with service providers who help us run the retreat and the website.
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes. Other information is deleted when it is no longer needed.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@pragalbharetreatco.in.
This website does not use advertising cookies. Razorpay's checkout may set cookies needed to process your payment securely.
