Guide

Before you arrive

The questions that matter are usually practical: travel, airports, yoga level, food, medical considerations, payment, cancellation, room sharing, solo guests, weather and packing.

During the retreat

Guests often ask how much is optional, whether beginners can join, whether silence is required, how meals work and how much personal time they will have.

After you leave

A good retreat should not drop you at checkout. We help guests think about re-entry, simple practices, screen boundaries and what they want to carry home.

Still unsure?

Send us the honest question. It is better to ask before booking than arrive with quiet anxiety about something simple.

Questions

Before you book.

Can I come alone?

Yes. Retreats are often easiest for solo guests because the group container creates connection without requiring you to arrive with someone.

What should I pack?

Comfortable practice clothes, swimwear, a light layer, a journal, personal medication and footwear that can handle sand and village paths.

Is the food vegetarian?

The retreat kitchen should be plant-forward and clearly label any dairy, gluten or common allergens.
