A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and you have been shown a booking confirmation. Prices are per person, in Indian Rupees, for the retreat, room type and dates you select.
Please make sure the details you enter are correct. Places are limited and allocated in the order payments are received. If a date is fully booked by the time your payment arrives, we will offer you another date or a full refund.
Residential accommodation for the selected retreat duration, meals and refreshments during the retreat, and the planned programme of yoga, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, reflection and selected experiential sessions. Travel to and from Goa, travel insurance and personal expenses are not included.
The retreat programme is thoughtfully curated but not rigid. Sessions and experiences may vary depending on weather, group requirements, practitioner availability and individual suitability. Some experiences are optional.
The retreat is open to beginners and regular practitioners. It is not medical treatment and is not a substitute for medical advice. Please tell us about any injury, health condition or pregnancy before the retreat, and consult a doctor if you are unsure whether a practice is suitable for you.
You take part at your own discretion and may sit out any session. Our facilitators may ask you not to take part in a practice if they believe it is unsafe for you.
We ask every guest to respect the group, the facilitators and the house. We may ask a guest whose behaviour puts others at risk or seriously disrupts the retreat to leave, without a refund.
Cancellations by you and by us are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We take reasonable care in running the retreat. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Goa.
