Yoga & Self is a residential retreat experience by Pragalbha Yoga, created around the idea that yoga is not only a physical practice, but also a way of observing and understanding oneself.
The retreat is designed as a journey inward — beginning with the body, moving through breath and mind, and gradually arriving at greater self-awareness and integration.
The experience combines yoga, breathwork, meditation, philosophy, reflection, journaling and selected experiential practices.
We often experience yoga as something we do — we come to the mat, practise asanas, stretch, breathe and move. But yoga can also become a way of observing ourselves. Across the retreat, we use yoga as a tool to explore:
There is no expectation that you will find all the answers. The intention is simply to create enough space to notice yourself without judgement.
A short, immersive introduction to the Yoga & Self journey. Arrive → Observe → Live.
The same for both lengths — only the number of nights changes.
The exact combination may vary by retreat schedule. Free time and space for personal reflection are intentionally part of the experience.
The retreat programme is thoughtfully curated but not rigid. Sessions and experiences may vary depending on weather, group requirements, practitioner availability and individual suitability.
All prices are per person and include accommodation, meals and refreshments, and every planned session of the retreat.
