What we mean by wellness

Not a list of treatments to book. A week with a shape to it: practice in the morning, learning late morning, real rest in the afternoon, something restorative in the evening, and food and conversation at night. Most people find the rest is the part they underestimated.

What is actually included

Accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch, evening refreshments and dinner, vegetarian and Sattvic-inspired), daily yoga, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, restorative practice, an Aerial Yoga experience, a Shatkarma experience, sound and relaxation, guided reflection and selected workshops.

What is not included

We do not offer Ayurvedic treatments, therapies or medical care, and we do not make health claims. If a session would not suit you on a given day, you sit it out — that is a normal part of the week, not a failure.

Space to do nothing

Afternoons are deliberately unprogrammed. You can rest, read in the library, walk, or go and see Goa. A retreat that fills every hour is not a retreat.
